erm.
There ought to be one without a number, as far as I know - the numbered ones are, *I think* automatic backups, like when you try to save a new one.
If you don't have a non-numbered one, the game might not work (renames the old one, fails to write the new one - thinks it's missing)

Ty I took the zero off and now it works ^^
EDIT:awsome my gamesys saved I teleport to my mission :D , but how do you make the mission screen and have the stuff u had in the city?, like if you went to the mission and there's briefing and it says "Start Mission" how would you make that?
