I downloaded the ARX trainer and have never used one before. I opened it and it started like a regular game and I am not sure what to do. Any help in detail with using this trainer would be appreciated. Thanks:tsktsk:

Shame on you :p
Trainers only work for specific builds. Chances are you are using a trainer designed for a different Arx version.
Better yet, what part of the game do you need help for?
