I don't know about the figure you quote but the Mongols invaded China and the Chinese have a high frequency of lineage back to Gengis Khan IIRC. The Mongols didn't really reach that far in the world - IIRC they made it to Russia but then turned back due to some tradition about when the leader dies they have to go home or something.

Back to your topic po, since I carry some extra weight already-I'd choose to be the fat kid with a clear mind. You can always exercise and do stuff to try to get the weight under control, but as I'm sure you've seen-you cant fix stupid!;)
