Everything you post is property of TTLG anyway. READ THE FINE PRINT.

It's really very easy. Do you have copyright? Are you making a copy?
As long as the answer isn't no/yes you're in the clear.
One day the big wigs will work out that when we buy music it's because we want to listen to it, not because we want to own a copy of it. Untill then we're all going to hell.

In most, (not all, most -read the fine print), you may make a backup copy of any material you purchased in the original format. You may not give this to, or burn copies for other people.
You may download and use those applications, games and tunes you purchase from a legitimate web source. In most other situations you are engaging in a pirate activity.
But it is of note that Microsoft and Bill Gates are very ho-hum about piracy of thier material. Gates has said that the proliferation of pirates distribution of MS material is helping Microsoft gain major control of the computer application market.
This of course, begs the question. But the lack of ethics and morals displayed by the current crop of illiterate juveniles who engage in piracy of games and tunes does make you wonder. Face it these are the same idiots who will be the elected officials in your government in a few years.
You think Enron, Delay, and the crop of others engaging in graft is a problem, imagine what it will be when the current gang of thieves take office. :)

Well first of all Canada, is practically a Socialist country(almost as bad as France) at least most Canadians don't believe you should never be allowed to be fired.
That is a truly bizarre statement, considering Canadians enjoy harassing winos, hobos and foreigners just as much as the Yanks do. In fact, they have a higher percentage of slumlords per capita than the US of A. You have to pay extra to get apartments with
small cockroaches, but no silverfish. How's that for capitalism?
