Just in case anyone's wondering, no, Beamdog have explicitly come back that they're not doing a new Planescape game.

They're working on something, it's pretty sure that it's D&D and rumour has it there'll be some news coming from WotC today, possibly related, but it's not Planescape. The setting was discontinued by Wizards years ago, as far as I'm aware, I imagine digging it up again isn't a high likelihood at present.
