im on Operations, and a spider thing bit me. wtf, spiders on a spaceship? w/e. anyways i had one toxic hypo, and it relieved most of my toxins. i have one level of toxin left, one little biohazard symbol left. AND IT WONT GO AWAY. it's bugging the hell out of me. none of the reps even HAVE an anti-toxin, and when i die, the get resurrected with a spider thing and a cyborg assassin where i die instantly. WTF?!

Wait...alien parasites don't bother you yet spiders do?
You should have made an earlier save in case something like this happens.

No, you'll need to either find an anti-toxin hypo or find/hack a replicator that will sell you one.

There are definitely replicators that have anti-toxin hypos (if not on deck 4 then on one or more of the other decks). Maybe you should check the SS2 FAQs on gamefaqs.com, they list what each replicator has. Or you could cheat yourself some anti-toxin hypos if nothing else works. I mean normally cheating is lame, but it's better than starting all over from the beginning.

There's one resurrection station in Ops that's indeed a little corner of Hell if you happen to die and resurrect at the wrong moment. Normally I just reload a save but once I got stubborn and managed to get away from it the hard way, firing like one shot at a time every resurrection before dying again... Took me ages.
I know, it doesn't help. But my clock says it's anecdote time.
I usually don't think about it too much but if I have to rationalize, I just assume the spiders were regular spider pest that managed to sneak onboard and then mutated. With the all the plants in the Rec Gardens, it kind of makes sense.

An operating surgical table will heal you.

It's implicitly stated in one of the logs near the end of the game that the spiders are 'built' by the Many out of the biomass gathered from corpses. They are pure annelid organisms that just happen to be spider-shaped because they deemed it to be a handy form.

i have 2 keys, i only ever found one in the science sector of med/sci. im obviously missing a lot of stuff :\

You know, you can go back to earlier levels, too. The cheapest replicator I remember with anti-toxin hypos is the one right outside of the R&D sector on Med/Sci. It's next to the pit with a ladder leading down to it; originally there's a hybrid down there and a window through which you can see Watts lying on his deathbed.
