could anybody tell me if theres a way to toggle of the shinyness of the enchanted armor etc... i have allota enchanted armor on and the sparkliness of it makes it distracting. thanks for teh input!

Options in morrowind? are you crazy?

(There is no toggle for shiny crap in MW... instead you have to edit your items and make them non shiny... ableit non magical... like my helmet!)

Are you playing in 3rd person, or are you just referring to when you let your character idle long enough that the camera starts doing the Dance Fever 360 spin around them?

I didn't know anyone played the game in 3rd person...

There's a "patch" to remove the magic shimmer from all items at this site:

I almost always play in 3rd person mode... only time I'm not is when I have to use the crosshair to pick stuff up, like those gems in the daedric shrines.

Yeah that is what I meant ;) I was just unsure if you could actually play in that perspective w/o keeping tab pressed - I thought Kilana that she was playing the game in 3rd person, not FP.
