hello
i wanted to play the elder scrolls but as with all my other games that have, i like to have all the games from that serie, could anyone list me all the games that exist based in the elder scrolls universe?
i got those in this list: (
http://www.mobygames.com/game_group/sheet/gameGroupId,125/)
anything missing?
if i play them from the first one to the last one would that be the correct storyline?
about all those games, are there any recommended files (excluding the updates)?
thanks!

That seems to be the complete list. Remember to hunt for patches for Arena and especially Daggerfall, they are notoriously buggy.

what about the story\storyline?

Each game has an independent story. I don't recall any connections between them. Arena has nearly no story, Daggerfall has a story, which does touch on some of the same elements as Morrowind. Redguard and Battlespire I haven't played, but both have familiar elements to at least Morrowind (Dwemer, Daedra). Chronologically I believe they go Redguard - Battlespire - Arena - Daggerfall - Morrowind. Do note, though, that Redguard and Battlespire are (I believe) much more action-oriented games, and the remaining three are somewhat more traditional 1st-person RPGs.

The Imperial Library is filled with exactly what you desire. Mind you, it contains spoilers for all of the games...

Arena: Find the 8 pieces of the Staff of Chaos and use it to defeat the imposter posing as the Emperor.
Daggerfall: Investigate the hauntings of King Lysandus in the city of Daggerfall. Leads to re-activating the Numidium and deciding who receives control of it.
Battlespire: Not and RPG, but dungeon romp with a very good story. You enter the Battlespire, which is a training ground for Imperial Battle Mages. You discover that it's overrun by Daedra and you have to try to survive and escape.
Redguard: A swashbucking adventure where you are Cyrus - a Redguard who has returned to a recently defeated Stros M'Kai in Hammerfell to find your missing sister. Set in the time of Tiber Setim's 'uniting' of the Empire.
Morrowind: You probably know this already. Discover that you are Nerevar Reborn (Perhaps), and defeat Dagoth Ur.
