How about "Thank you for choosing Cataclysmic Consequences(TM)"? Okay hold on just a sec. Before you take that one, my sig needs updating.. /me opens another tab, goes to account preferences, clicks 'Edit signature' and edits his signature.
Back. On my way to editing my sig I met a weird fellow looking for a name for a movie or something. Talk about deja-vu.

I've always thought Through a Glass Darkly would be a good name for a spooky game. It refers to the idea that people can't see reality clearly. (Also an excellent film by Bergman.)
But Schatten's idea is the best, really.

"The Visitor"
That one's high up for me -- especially, after you realised you're in a horror scenery, expect
one enemy, and later you have to accept a situation where you deal with several enemies... only to find out later again...
you are the visitor. Hello, Mr. Shyamalan :thumb:
Or, as a slight variation: "Visited".

Come now, how can anything so far be better than Cathouse of Dead Johns or House Sweet Hell?
Cathouse of Dead Johns

Why not simply
"Holy Fuck"
It may connect to the storyline and you could do just about anything to make people go "Holy Fuck" or some derivative there of.
