The forum
time and date seems to be wrong at the moment. I just posted a reply in fett's thread in Comm Chat, and even right after posting it, it wasn't at the top of the forum like new posts should be:
Inline Image:
http://i49.tinypic.com/2ywwho5.jpgIt's the 13th of January today, not 12th like TTLG claims it to be. I checked my general settings that my Time Zone was correct, and it was. Has the forum clock gone mad over the night or what?
EDIT: this thread was posted on
13th Jan 2013 12:44 (+2 GMT)
EDIT2: only the forum date seems to be wrong then, the time is right.

:) Well you may not see this but yes, it appears it's gone slightly bananas. This is possibly to do with the updates that were installed yesterday and I'm sure it will be fixed a.s.a.p. I think I remember the same thing happening last year.

Yup - I suspect it's exactly the same problem as last year when the server was restarted (this time it was after doing some updates). I've dug into it a little more and the time synchronisation was broken so that's been fixed and it appears to hold the correct time now after a restart.
The affected posts have had their timestamps updated so they should display the correct dates but this may not be displayed correctly everywhere - I'll have to deal with that later.

It seems to work again now, and the dates of the old posts seem to be correct as well. Thanks!
