ive heard a few people talk about this man-god guy appearing
ive finishe Main quest Morrowind and tribunal but i started again. Do u meet Septim in Bloodmon or something or have i missed him in morrowind (ps can u kill him cos im getting to like killing gods)

If you finished the Main Quest of Morrowind, you might have missed him... though just to be sure [SPOILER]In the Ghostgate, Tower of Dusk I think, should be a man by the bar by the name Wulf. Speak with him.[/SPOILER]

perhaps i need to finish some quests, journal update or talk to someone? im called the Nevarine and everyone thinks im great (i think its cos they secretly fear me and know the truth about my . . . dissagreements with ViVec and Amalexia)
any clues?

Tiber Septim shows up just before you enter Ghost Gate to kill Dagoth Ur. This last bit isn't important really, but it'll spoil the whole point of talking to him.
[SPOILER]Tiber Septim doesn't do anything much for you, except raise your reputation. If you talk to one of the higher up people in the Temple (Tribunal Temple, possibly. I can't really remember.) She recognizes what you saw and raises her disposition for you, as well as giving you another rep point. I think. I should check these things...[/SPOILER]

[SPOILER]If you speak with the Oracle of the Imperial Cult. After you speak with the man, Wulf, she'll tell you that he was the incarnate of Tiber Septim. Anyways, He does give you something useful, he'll give you a power for for some luck. I think it's also permament too.[/SPOILER]

thanks guys, i probably missed him cos i went to get keening and sunder the directly to Dagoth Ur, plus i wandered about lower levels of Kogouron (sp) looking for an ash vampire id already defeated earlier in the game
doesent seem to be worth it though if thats all he does, at least he was courteous enough not to say hi, then give out tasks, thought to be impossible, that the tribunal gods couldn't hack, so send you in alone

Well, I missed him appearing before I went for dagoth Ur because I was too lazy to go from ghost gate and just flew over the nearest wall I could find. What a shame.:p

For those who are wondering, Tiber Septim (he's called 'Wulf' when you meet him) holds no challenge physically. I killed him pretty easily.
