That's a damn shame. The Walking Dead: Final Season is widely acclaimed as a return to form for the series, and now we will only ever see 2 of the 4 episodes.
When Telltale Games were at their best, they bought the adventure game genre back from the dead (no pun intended) by replacing some of its traditional elements (e.g. obscure puzzles, non-linear choices) with more action-oriented gameplay, branching storylines (or at the least, making it seem that way), underpinned by strong, mature writing. While I've only played a few of their game series, and if my impressions of The Final Frontier are anything to go by, it appeared as though they were struggling to get to grips with evolving their style of games beyond just visual upgrades, leaving the gameplay feeling stale and outdated.

Not necessarily. Seems like they've still got a skeleton staff of 25 for now, so TWD4 may yet be completed.

They're working on the Minecraft game apparently.

Actually, you're
not the only one (

New trailer doesn't say much, except introduce a new enemy I guess, but Troy Baker is always a welcome addition.

The one thing I get out of all of this is that, even if the game ends up indecipherable nonsense (which seems extremely likely), Kojima's cutscene team still knows how to do technically brilliant real-time scenes.

You're not ;) . I loved all the trailers so far and I think the game will turn out brilliant.

These Farming Sims always have the most feel-good trailers.

I've yet to buy any of these, but it seems like with every entry they introduce a new feature that makes it slightly more tempting. Last year it was forestry, this year... HORSIES! :D I like that stuff, I also like the idea of loading trucks, driving trucks, and unloading trucks, it's just that the meat of the gameplay seems to be driving back and forth across fields in a straight line, which is... uh, not very tempting. I guess what I'm saying is, I'd be all over these Farming Sims if only they had less farming in them! :erg:

So something like a Truck Simulator then?
