Thread necromancy eventhough the thread has already been resurrected recently?

I got a warning about thread necromancy when I hit reply on the first page of this thead: (http://ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107938) Call of Juarez demo.
However, this thread has recently been resurrected and the warning won't show up if I'm on the 2nd page.

Nitpicky bug?

(Also, I wasn't sure if this necromancy warning thing was a vbulletin thing or a custom written thing, hence me posting here.)

It's custom written and based upon the post id argument passed in the URL. So the post id on the first page of that thread is more than 30 days old.
