Visually I like Soderbergh's films mostly for their editing rather than the composition of the takes - and editing doesn't lose all that much on the small screen. At least that's been the case for many of his films. The more I think about it, the more I'd have to suggest that you check the film out on DVD rather than at the cinema, EvaUnit02.

It may be telling that he was the one advocating blanket media releases of films a little while ago (DVD/bluray/cinema/on demand etc all at the same time).

Oddly enough, the only Soderbergh film I've seen is Schizopolis, which I found to be surprisingly hilarious. Definitely not for everyone, though.
