:/ I don't like things half-done ... especially that one. Sure, some things can be left as-is, but some really need finishing. I remember redoing a section of it ... i need to:
* install system shock 2 and dromed ... where ever they are  (ahem, new computer and stuff you know)
* find the FM  ( )
* replay it myself to remind where stuff breaks etc
* fix that part at least (i vaguely remember some dromed annoyances being involved)
* have someone playtest/proofread the logs (i consider my English sufficient only for placeholders - so, the logs are probably written as such).
Throwing it out as-is ... ngh ... can't get myself to do that :/. Not totally given up on finishing it myself either.
Damn, looked at some old screenshots and remembered that it was actually a quite good FM (if i do say so myself ;)) - i really should finish it x_x.
Damn*2, now i can not get it out of my head.

Nice! Especially when there's someone who badly wants to play this fm.

And you pretty much loose cyberspace completely :(
Not played SS2 for a while :/ ... got to think why and i think SS1 just gives better replay value for me as i roleplay it heavily and SS2 is too linear and restricted for that (at least for me).
I found the Cyberspace parts are fixed by remapping the controls in Dosbox (CTRL-F1) to a Gamepad. The default controls are literally unusable to me. I'd be surprised to hear anyone's managed to get through the game with them. I couldn't do it. I set up Up/Down/Left/Right to the axes on the Gravis Gamepad Pro I own, set 2 keys for Roll (Z and C respectively) in each direction, 1 for shoot. This made Cyberspace *much* more playable.
And I agree on SS2. After playing through SS1, SS2 lost a ton of impact on me.

I played through SS1 once in late 2006, haven't really wanted to revisit it since but have had plenty more SS2 runthroughs. It's a good game, but I like SS2 a lot more.
