ok i have an xbox, if i would hook it up to the computer witch i can with a cord, could i use the pc codes to use on the elder scrolls on xbox.

Short answer: No.
Long Answer: No. You have the X-box version, so "hooking it up to the PC" wouldn't change the game in any way. I assume by "hooking it up to the PC" you mean using the PC monitor to view the game on instead of the TV? This wont mean you'll be playing the PC version, it just means you'll be viewing the X-box version in a different way.
