I went to church today for the first time in a while. Just the local one near St Johns Wood.
Best damn sleep I've had in a long time...arf.
But seriously, I was awestruck at the sort of people that were there and found myself feeling sorry for them and just...well, bored of it all. It was like a really bad play infront of me.

The (vast) majority of child sex offences are committed not by strangers, but by adults who are known to the child. Shit, a parent is twice as likely to sexually abuse their child as a stranger is.
All this bullshit about paedos in the neighbourhood is unbelievably misplaced. The risk they pose to children is low.

You do realize that such statements are vents right?
But I suppose you are right. In some circumstances there is a part of me that isn't at all human. When the most innocent and incapable of defending themselves are violated by the most selfish it turns primal. I fully understand your sentiment and yet reject it. Forgivness is someone elses domain in those cases.
I simply prefer that inhumanity to the other. Damn my black heart to hell all you want and it makes not one diddlydamn. I can live with it uncomfortably because when things turn to shit it sacrifices itself. Humanity doesnt' do that. It reasons with the unreasonable while the unreasonable takes advantage.
But I hope your way wins. I just don't see how.
