Crunchy Shrunken Heads are a more satisfying meal overall. Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. They're a veritable edible experience.

I actually prefer mine soft. If you just take them out after you cure them instead of frying them afterwords, they have an out of this world taste. Like biting into a plum, except with an eggshell inside.
