This anti-Bieber shit has been all over YT for a while now. I saw it in at least a dozen videos and since I haven't seen much more it must be in hundreds at least.

I'd love to start a thread just about the youtube comment system and how youtube will eventually either have to drop it altogether AND put severe restrictions on uploads or call it a day. Vimeo has already well established itself as an artists' video-site that houses almost exclusively original content. Dailymotion has had too many server problems and pushes ads in the videos too drastically. Meanwhile youtube has become the public toilet of the internet where everyone goes to drop their load of crap and bitch about anything in the most ignoble manner. It's a crying shame because YT's API is a shining example for every other service. Try finding another video service that offers a chromeless player or JavaScript API, including full documentation.
