Have you even tried to talk to your parents or siblings? Hell, even a good (preferably male) friend would be a good person to talk to. Then again, I give you this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0) video, I'm sure it's got some helpful advice for a person in your situation.
