Since System Shock 2 and the Thief series are getting rarer, is the same going for Deus Ex, it being a Looking Glass game and all?

I don't think DX is Looking Glass...also Looking Glass is defunct now, so that's why they're getting rarer. Thief 3 is being taken over by ION Storm if I remember correctly, and they are the ones who made DX and will make DX2.
I could be wrong though/

You should not forget that Warren Spector, The Man Himself behind Deus Ex and Deus Ex 2, is an ex-LGS employee. AFAIK, Ion Storm are now also the company in the gaming business with the highest concentration of ex-LGS folks.

there's a copy for sale here at fifteen CAN bucks.. i saw it in the bargain bin along with Monkey Island 4, which i picked up quickly enough.
plus there's always the PS2 version.
