Is kind of a exploration game to me i havent done any of the main quests but can someone please tell me how to get to bloodmoon.
Also can someone tell me where the person to make amends for to get back into the mages guild, because i want to get to places quicker on my main.

You will be attacked by an assassin when you sleep. Follow your journal after defeating him. This is assuming you have the expansion and patch. :o)

I think you're getting mixed up with Mournhold, Stingm. To get to Solstheim (The island added on by the Bloodmoon expansion pack) you need to go to Khuul and talk to the Kajiit at the dock about passage to Solstheim.

Yes, but it's not really a great method of travel. Besides killing yourself, you'll most likely end up flying over Solstheim, flying smack-dab in the middle of it, or landing short. The best way is to land in deep enough water to avoid getting hurt (you also won't need to use the second scroll), but to land within a five second swim of the port.

You can land close to the island but a safe distance in the water and then use divine intervention to the port. But of course that is pointless unless you are a vampire or werewolf and can't use the boat.
There is a fairly common scroll you can buy with something like 200 swift swim, with that I got there in about 40 seconds.
