If you really want to get fast time, just use the control panel with tcg and you phase through walls, you just fly up from inside the tower to the sigil stone. Then you get you give yourself a pat on the back all the quicker.

isn't it tlc. maybe tcg does but i dont really think so.

Ehhhh...I usually get the two mixed up.....its one or the other. One turns off collision the other shows the wire frames.

Isn't it TCL? as in Toggle CoLlisions rather than Tender Love and Care (or ToggLe Collisions, but I think Tender love and care is the reason you got confused).

If you're a Dunmer (high fire resistance!) and have waterwalking spell or item you can run across lava and not take instant death damage. It'll still hurt though.

Well, unless you decided to fly away with TCL {or whatever the command it} and decide to turn it off and fall into the lava pit, the odds of instant death are rather unlikley, unless your level one and just then mistake an oblivion gate for a spa and head into the lava assuming it's one giant hot tub, it's rather hard to die instantly in lava.

Northeastern most corner of the map, up in the hills.
Speaking of which, the cliff at the end of the world is very fun, if you jump off and then go back towards the land you appear safely at the top of the cliff, but if you play chicken to see how far you can go out before turning back and be alittle too self confident, then you land at the bottom of the earth and die; most entertaining.

That's right, they deleted levitation in Oblivion didn't they? Along with spears, crossbows and throwing weapons. I don't mind the throwing weapons, but spears and crossbows are a bit too far :(

Thread necromancy is a completley new term to you isn't it?
Hint: It's bad for your reputation

There was less than a month in between posts, Gorgonseye.
I doubt his e-fame was considerably hurt.
