I apologize. My first thought.
I can imagine those breasts must cause quite a strain on the back, and I would reckon the straps of a bra would dig right into the shoulders. Which is why a girl I know had a breast reduction some months back, because of those reasons. She's glad she did it. and that her English teacher can now look her in the eyes.
