I had Thief3 up and running, and when I use the Thief3 Launcher.exe program, set my directories right, I can no longer load the editor or run the game.
Even if I try double clicking the original icon, I see "T3Main.exe" and "t3.exe" in memory, but nothing is happening.
Has Thief3 Launcher been giving other people problems loading these?

This is strange. Are you sure that you've installed the editor right?( changed exes, modified the user.ini? )
How did you structure your installation?(i.e. do you have two separate directories for the editor and the game?)
And what exactly happens when you try launching the game from the launcher?
Set your firewall to give full access to t3, tough I doubt this is the problem because you said that the game did run before installing t3 launcher.
As for t3 launcher somehow corrupting your install, I've never heard of this and I'd check also if you did 'something' before installing t3 launcher, something that may have interfered with your install...

I followed Komag's Tut and it worked fine for me. Maybe you should have a look at (
http://www.shadowdarkkeep.com/essentials.htm) that, if you haven't seen it before.
But since Tazonne suggested some corrupt file, you could try to delete/replace all the *.exe files with the ones that are supposed to be in there.

Also, be sure to set the gamesys.t3u to the right directory. It could cause the editor to crash if it's not compatible with your WIP.

Ok, finally got it working, thanks.
It was a small oversight with the directories.
