I wanted to install Thief2 again, but there always seem to be major problems with the installation.
I'm getting the following WideScreen error msg:

Stopping installation because of error.
I remember it worked on XP, but I can't launch it on Vista.
I can recall some old tricks, where you had to install WdScr before DDFix or after, I tried both.
Also another trick: USER.CFG file may have lower resolution than cam.cfg and ddfix.ini. In such case Dromed will be in a visible window and the menus will be visible. Cam.cfg and ddfix.ini must have the same resolution
Due to the above, I set resolution of 1024x768 in both cam.cfg and ddfix.ini and 800x600 in user.cfg.
Well, any advise?
