I've tried to install Thief Gold (v1.37), but at 33% of the installation it just stops and I get a message saying: Failed to copy e:\thief\miss7.mis (my CD drive) to d:\games\thief1\thief (location on hard disk). If I retry, I just get the same message again after a few seconds. The installation cannot go on, and the only alternative is to abort the installation completely.
I've also tried to copy miss7.mis manually to the hard disk folder, but that's impossible as well.
Could this mean that the miss7.mis file is corrupted?
Anyway, what should I do? :)
btw. I have Windows XP. Also, I had to start the installation with the "e:\setup.exe -lgntforce" command (that part was successful).

the cd is scratched,probably.try cleaning it and/or using another cd drive..if that wont help,you can try to get a replacement at the shop where you have bought it..if that wont help (kinda doubt the shop will still have it around),well,I would get a replacement myself,if you know what I mean.
