"The Bank Heist" - how generic sounding, can't they do better than that?
Like First City Bank & Trust? Honestly, this is IMHO still better than some meta-romanticised title. You didn't have that in the first two games, either (and in TDS it was at least good enough). As far as I'm concerned, this is the least thing to worry about.

I think I know what's in the safe though - judging from the HUGE burst of light emanating from within, I think it's a G-type yellow star. :p What the heck is that all about? It felt like we were playing Zelda there for a moment.

loot glint is BACK, bitches
Hey guys, to be clear: the glow is
NOT reflective of gameplay, there is no golden glow actually coming from the vault in the game. This effect was simply added to obscure the view inside the vault and prevent spoilers.

Get me a Stephen Russell as Garrett voice replacement pack pre-order and it might just help turn me around.

It's probably EIDOS policy mandated from on high that all new 'properties' will have parts cut off the main game for DLC. Expect more.
Not that i care, didn't even play your video PR plants.

This is supposed to be a stand alone mission that has nothing to do with the main game. Made especially for the pre-order. Too bad it's not a demo instead. At least then we could have a chance to try the game + mechanics and form a grounded opinion of the game. It's possible that it's not as bad as how it's looking, but we'll never know until we're allowed to try it and unless there is a demo I'll never know.

Maybe the bow upgrade is in the bank vault.

"THE HARDEST SAFE TO CRACK IS IN THE BIGGEST BANK"
haha, what kind of tagline is that even

Announcing a pre-order DLC so early before a release is so wrong. I'm not completely opposed to the idea of pre-order DLCs, but seeing this is obvious for me - there was a full team working for weeks if not months to create all the assets and design the map. This is not like Tong's mission in DXHR, which was already a little controversial, but was obviously quickly put together and had almost no original assets - so, in theory could have been developed right at the end of development process, when the game was more or less finished and level designers had nothing to do. So wrong...:tsktsk:
