Yeah, there's really no good way you can spin this.
Oh well. I at least hope it ends up being a halfway decent game. But right now, I think I'm looking more forward to Dark Souls 2.

But you can't just dismiss it either, especially since we've heard this multiple times. And as I'm sure you know, people in the industry have to be anonymous, they all sign non-disclosures and it's not worth it to open themselves up to potential liability or lawsuits. But to completely reject any of this as fiction and claim someone just made it all up - that's very naive.

So, I can dismiss it based on the fact that no article yet has provided a reliable source. Once a reliable source is forthcoming, then I won't dismiss it any longer.

Am I missing something or weren't some of the press reviewers actually playing a level from the game? Unless they were bribed or drugged I can't understand how they'd miss some of the glaring omissions such as AI being disabled.

So is it or isn't it an unsubstantiated rumor that the lead game designer quit right after the game informer special? You can't spin that, you cannot spin a developer that critical leaving the project this early. Not after all the other departures over the past 5 YEARS.

Yes, of course! Of course they couldnt keep Russell! That guy is nowhere near as "attractive" as the new guy!!!
