This is what I've tried so far, to no avail:
compatability mode
leaving WMP running while I play TG
re-installing TG
As far as anti-aliasing, there are several anti-aliasing "boxes" in my ATI Catalyst Control Center and I maxed them all out. Something worked, though I'm not sure what. I'd still like to know how to turn on v-sync.

That's an idiotic way.
I know for sure both TG and T2 works with 100% normal speed, exactly as they were on my previous cards, on my HD3870 and C2D 2.4 Ghz system without any special tricks.
And I also know the speed is the same 100% normal without ddfix on this system, as I tried to run T2 without ddfix too. I also didn't touch the default setting for vsync - "Off, unless application specifies"

How do I turn on vsync and antialiasing?
For Radeons: catalyst control center -> "3d" in the left column -> All Settings
Also, disable "Catalyst A.I.".

I can't figure out how to enable v-sync. There's no option for it in either the game settings or the graphics card settings. :(
My card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT

Thanks. . but now waiting for an answer to a new problem about DDfix in the other thread. Why does this all have to be so complicated? *facedesk*
