:p I make a thief3 mod. But i can't modding some stuff:
the control; i make few cool stuff (rope arrow, invisible potion, holy arrows...), but i can't find the options menu;
i can't edit the static meshes;
i can't edit the skeletons;
and i can't edit the sounds (i have the Sound Addon, but it isn.t good...:tsktsk: );
PLEASE help me!!!!!!!:confused: :confused:

Options: Look under View:Advanced Options.
Static Meshes: The only way to edit them is adding new skins. To make new ones, you need 3ds Max 5.1. (Very outdated.)
Skeletons: They can't be edited directly. So far as I know, only Asscotk has been able to add new animations and that was only for Garrett, not for AI.
Sounds: They can be added, but I haven't done it myself, so can't help you there.
