Has any one experienced the following issue. I am running Win 7 64 bit and got Thief Gold and Thief 2 to run, both modded with DDfix. Both worked up to the start of the 2nd mission in each. Both returned to desktop with Windows reporting error/stopping programs. All 1st mission save games still play, but cannot start new game or start 2nd mission. Have reinstalled T2, and codecs, but still no joy.
PC details: Nvidia 790I chipset MB, 2-275 GTX videocards, 4 gigs Ram, latest Nvidia Windows 7 drivers.
Both games were installed using recommended installation steps from the forum and are working on another PC with out this issue.
Any advice recommend.

Are you seeing the videos?
If not, maybe try running as administrator? Not running as administrator sometimes causes problems with the videos.

2-275 GTX videocards,
I dont know if this will help but, first thing I would say is Thief dosen't like or use SLI. Make a SLi profile for thief and disable the second card and then see how you go.

Have tried:
1. Disable SLI by creating new profiles for both.
2. Normally run as Admin, but tried it the other way.
3. Tried Compatiablity mode, XP 2, XP 3, ME, etc.
All videos run in Windows Media Player, but no longer run in the game. They did run when both games were installed and 1st missions were played.

Last night we rolled Nvidia Graphics Driver back to 190.62 and that did not solved the problem. During NGD update, notice that the driver kept setting the Connected TV as primary monitor instead of the PC monitor. Even when we set the PC monitor as primary and single monitor in control panel, game would not play. When we disconnected the video cable to TV, both games worked normally including videos.
Problem fixed,
Thanks all
