Well, there is only one version available, and when I start it the objectives are in english, but when I read a readable it's in italian...

Ok, then try the following:
Go to your Thief directory and open the "books" folder. Remove every content from it. Open the .zip file, go to the books folder as well. Inside this books-folder there should be a folder called "english" (next to "italian" and maybe some others as well). Copy all files from the "english" folder into the books-folder in your Thief directory and play the game.

I tried doing that, but then I realised that the English folder is actually an identical copy of the Italian translation.
Did anyone get a copy with English, and if so, is anyone willing to send me the files?
