Sorry donnamevans. I have the dubious pleasure of being a 'friend' of Queue's. There's no real harm in him. You just pat him on the head occasionally and off he trots. ;) I'm afraid I can rarely resist having a dig if I possibly can, so my apologies for off topic patting!
Those arrows look fantastic and I look forward to seeing them in their final version. What kind of dimensions are they?
I've never been interested in this kind of thing before but seeing it from the planning stage makes it much more interesting.

Thank you so much by the way! I do usually post progress pics here, on cosplayisland and also on the MCM Expo forums too. But I will focus here now to show you all how I'm progressing.
The arrow "canisters" are about 18cm in length from end to tip and about 2.5cm width/circumference. I may have to shorten them a little, because the actual LED light sticks I don't have yet. But I think they should be ok. My arrows are 28" in length.

Some of my supplies arrived today!
Though pictures will follow tomorrow as I've travelled to Leeds today and now completely exhausted.
My bow, blackjack and wooden food props arrived today. If I'm feeling up to it, I may even sew my tunic tomorrow and show you guys.
No sign of my arrows or lightsticks yet, but they should come next week, hopefully.
