No, Albert. No reverberation, no EAX. Louder and softer and directional aren't EAX, but Dark Engine.

I am enjoying the comics though :laff:

We're getting off topic here, but to answer Albert's EAX headache - the only way to be sure you have EAX is to have it turned on in your game options. All you need to run Thief 1 or 2 with EAX on everything up to Windows XP is a card that supports EAX 2.0 On vista you'll need to install additional Creative software.

To Albert:Check (
http://thief.wikia.com/wiki/Sound) this article about the Sound in the thief games. Check the Sound Environments section to understand better all the
12 different EAX environments in Thief 1 and 2.

Cool, actually I now think it works...
But does anyone have any idea on how to get fog?
Heh...That's a long topic friend:D It depends on wheather you're on XP/Vista, have an Ati/Nvidia card, do you see fog at all or at leas partially, are you using official or modded video drivers, are you using rivatuner/ati tray tools and etc.
Check SneakyJack's post back at the top and use the third link. We have commented a lot about it there.
