Hi everyone, this is my first post here! :D
I'm trying to play Thief Deadly Shadows (steam version) but I have a problem with the resolution.
I changed the "Resolution=" line in the options.ini to -1, -2, -3 and other values but somehow the resolution is 2609x1547 which is completely wrong, it should be 1680x1050. At first I thought that I had to use the minus instead of the dash but nothing changes (they also look identical to me). The game looks very bright, but when I did a screenshot (to check the resolution) it appears normal.
What I did:
change the options.ini value
FOV patch
widescreen freeze fix
John P.'s texture pack
Everything works except for the resolution.
From what I've understood, changing the value tells the game to use the monitor's native resolution. Perhaps because I have a monitor/TV there is some sort of problem? I never had this kind of problem with any other game.
Thanks for any help.

No, I'll try it later, now I'm redownloading the game, thanks a lot for now.
Does it also change the FOV? Since I will be playing in third person view, does the FOV even matter? Also, from what I've understood it doesn't require the widescreen fix (game freezing).

yup, it should work right out of the box.
