To whom it may concern,
How can I uninstall the Sneaky Upgrade Patch for Thief 3? I would like to reinstall thief 3 and I do not find the uninstaller for the mod patch. Is there an uninstaller for it? Do I delete the Sneaky.dll and the INI? I would love some help. :D

You can uninstall it through the control panel under Programs and Features, as usual.
