It's hard to believe that the 3rd game in the Thief franchise is turning 20 years old this year, time flies! Any idea of what surprises to be announced sometime later this year even if it's just one new fan mission currently in development? At least we can get something out of this celebration one way or another rather than just saying happy 20th anniversary to Thief Deadly Shadows and that's it, no new fan missions. It's hard to say because I know the 3rd Thief game in the series has always been in the backburner more than Thief Gold and Thief II The Metal Age. Deadly Shadows doesn't get enough of recognition sadly these days.

After 20 years time flies the game is still in our hearts . I hope there will be new fan mission .I left the game a few years ago , and this year I returned to playing T3 and also FM mission . Thief Series is one of the game closest to reality .with all thanks to all the developers.

I've been seeing a few games from the late 1990's and early to mid 2000's PC games getting remastered, they did that with Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection (Well not a remastered version of the original game just getting ported to modern consoles and PC's) Tomb Raider I-III remastered and most recently Star Wars Dark Forces remastered. I hope Thief Gold, Thief II The Metal Age and Thief Deadly Shadows gets a remastered edition soon for modern consoles and PC's as well.

Just hoping someone finds a way to fix them movement physics. Everything else is pretty much perfect at this point.
I've been wondering lately if there would be enough fan missions out there in T2/Dark Mod to repackage them into a campaign with the story-line of TDS intact.
We can't port the original levels for copy-wrong reasons, but there are many missions that would fit the theme of TDS story, and could provide an even better experience.
Only really tricky part would be dragging in the assets/fmv's from an install of TDS, kind of like installing Skywind will require a copy of Morrowind.

thief 3 got rid of tofu garrett that is why and the master builder is not pleased and he made garrett v2 a weaker form in thief 3

I preordered Thief 3 at a local gaming site. Then I found out a pirated version of the game leaked early. I downloaded it ASAP, I felt no guilt because I already ordered it. It felt weird going to pick up a disc for a gaming I was already playing.
Also I remember there was a bug with the original launch version where even if you played on Very Hard the game would revert to normal difficulty if you Quick Loaded? That was kinda lame but they fixed it.
