Thief crashes within a moment of playing- hyperthreading

I ran processor.bat and got this:

I had the same problem on windows 7, 64
It was solved with right-click on the processor.bat file and "execute like administrator" (sorry I dont know how is translated from spanish to english, this option is marked with a blue shield)
