These are the missions chosen by the participants of the Thief Ambience Competition 5. This is a public poll and can be voted on by everyone. Please select no more than 3 missions that you would like to see Supreme Ghosted by yours truly. The winner of the competition will be the participant who originally requested the mission with the most votes. This poll will end Thursday, July 13st.

I voted for Inverted Manse, Autumn in Lampfire Hills, and Seven Shades of Mercury. The first mission is interesting from a technical point of view and it is undoubtedly one of the best undead levels. The second choice is due to its stellar autumn atmosphere and engaging readables. Finally, the Hammerite masterpiece that is Seven Shades of Mercury features some tense ghosting sections and it is beautiful visually.

I voted for LaFrenier: Real Criminal Boss because it is a mission built around ghosting, except for one kill objective, relatively unknown, and quite challenging.

LaFrenier: Real Criminal Boss by Oldrich Nic (2001) - I remember WDP streaming it and it was hilariously hard.
A Thief's Training by Snake (2024) - It's a very atmospheric mission.
King's Story by Zontik (2010) - One of my favorite missions.

I also voted for LaFrenier, but I wouldn't call it that difficult. In fact, a lot of the mission lends itself to supreme pretty well.
Except for one part.

A very clear lead early on with Snake's A Thief's Training. Somewhat surprising, though it is one of only two newer missions.

Not that surprising given that A Thief's Training is one of the best missions of the last few years. I must have played it about five times myself, and I didn't get tired of it. Still, it's not what I think of when asked "which mission would you like to see Supreme Ghosted?" We're basically sending you on a vacation with that one, it's quite easy.

problem with these polls most people voting i feel are newer and never played all the missions so they are going to pick the one they played meaning newer fan missions
i picked Memoirs of a Dead God, as that mission is hard and would be served well to have a walkthrough over the other mission, excluding kings story which i have no idea why that would be in a poll as that should be a 100% done

If I were to vote for the 3 missions I'd most want to Supreme Ghost, it'd be Inverted Manse (played 20 years ago, don't remember much other than it was great), Kings Story (love Zontik's Patriot campaign), and Seven Shades of Mercury (always wanted to play it). I agree that newer players naturally have recency bias and won't vote for what they don't know.
