The warnings were there. These guys are not true necromancers in the vein of Looking Glass Studios. There is no Tim Stellmach, or Randy Smith, or anyone of consequence, yet they persisted on clumsily and greedily resurrecting the ancient corpse of The Dark Project. Now they are left with their flawed and horrific creation. The mangled and abused bones of LGS barely propped up with disfigured and mangled flesh attached, burning furiously at the stake of blasphemy, while they dance cheerfully around the spectacle chanting "Money! Money! Money!".
They could have made any game they wanted in their quest for illustrious profit margins, yet they haphazardly chose to invoke the ancient evil, and the curse that goes with it. The very curse that Deadly Shadow enjoyed, granted on a seemingly smaller level.
Beware the mediocrity, for it shall $oon be upon us.

Looks like I'll possibly be needing a computer upgrade this winter. In the mean time back to playing T2 fan missions.
I couldn't get over the feeling that Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr. version) might be lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce, and Baron's Watch seems to be a recycled Angel Watch. Still looks pretty cool even though I don't like Garrett's voice. Not convinced it's Garrett or even his son, brother or cousin.

they'll name the guy in the trailer whipping up the people's revolutionary fervour Karras.
Incorrect, his name is Orion, it's there on the official site.

This is genuinely hilarious.

Ok, who wants to speculate on the "In my dreams I see her dying" line?
I rolled my eyes a bit at the "The city's changed; I've changed" line. For a complete reboot, it sure sounded like they were trying to imply a sequel.
Yeah I also caught on to those two lines, and
"I never paid the price for anything, until now." (great line btw) They make me think that New Garrett will have a different, and perhaps more fleshed out backstory than the old one.
"I've changed" is not in reference to the past games, but to New Garrett's past I believe.

"In my dreams I see her dying" turns out it's probably Erin. More story info was revealed, where we learn Erin (someone Garrett takes under his wing) dies (apparently).
Sure, it could be referring to The City, but based on the new info, I think it's probably Erin.
