Bye sterlino. See you in 10 years then?
Only if he's dead serious. You think he is? :sly:

thanks for posting that. wow
Man Garrett has creepy Manhands. Is he a zombie? Zombies are the only ones that walk around with their hands in fron tof their body like that. Well unless you are a skyrim mage I suppose.
They sure love the training wheels. They need to put words on the screen like "Suspicious"....So the fact that they were talking before about hearing something wasn't a big enough clue that....I don't know...they hear something.
And the big dots that light up the areas of their body for what to steal...unnecessary...but the biggest turd I think were the circles that say "SHOOT HERE FOR MAX DAMAGE!"
I not against different areas doing more damage as even thief 2 let you one-shot kill guards from across the room. But the circles...so distrcting and unnecessary.
ANd F*** ME! The worst thing about this is the f***ing Gears of War cover usage. That grabbing the door when your manhands come ypon it. Gears was one of the worst modern shooter games I played and part of that was the crippling cover issues. (and the 50 tones of sepia)
I still see it feels like walking thru soup...
NOw the good things...
I did like that it showed you pushing open and pushing shut doors.
I am glad that it still says water arrows and not dry ice arrows.
so that's my good list.
Oh yeah when Garrett fell from the sky and started punching the guard in the face. hahahahaha subtle garrett, really subtle.
So the floating manhands from skyrim + the cover crap from gears of war + the crit areas of fallout 3 (without the grace of it)
Oh I suppose the reticule is okay for the arrow selection, especially for the crappy consoles that need it. A nice clean user interface element. As long as it doesn't break the gameflow.
Okay those are my thoughts so far from watrvhcing the gameplay so you can't say I'm just complaining for no reason.:cheeky:

The hands tell the player what to do.
Look at my hands in front of my face...Now I know they are searching for something...
Look at my hands wrapped around a corner...Now I know I can lean...
Look at my hands flailing about. That means it is dark or else I am blind.

I was... I was not ready for this.
I know I've been the single most negative person here who hasn't liked a single thing that was shown to us and has criticised and/or mocked every decision that EM has made, but this surpasses even my worst expectations.
I usually don't like repeating myself, but once again... (

I know man. I know. Breathe...take a good deep breath....Good let it out.

Does he clap when he's about to get rich, does he rub them together when he's about to foil someone's schemes, does he break out the knitting needles for his new fashionable wardrobe "upgrade" when idle? Mood hands. Instead of objective markers, he could just point.
does he shake em all about when he's doin the hokey pokey?

Here's hoping for "jazz hands" as a taunt option during multiplayer deathmatch.
You win the thread. LOLOLOLOL
I hope we see him do a kickline and timestep next.

I don't know, you could always use (

I would recommend the use of the edit button though. :)

I kinda wanted to hear Garrett's comments.
Since he's apparently chattering away at everything in the game (and judging by the writing of the trailers) I'm expecting some pretty good lines to come from it.
::attaches to chimney pipe::
"This chimney is cold and gritty. Like my soul."
::leaps to adjacent roof::
"Gotta remember to stop by the shop-"
::Falls 30 feet down onto guard and punches him repeatedly::
"-need to pick up some milk. And eyeliner."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :)
awesome!

I also hated the "SUSPICIOUS" label. I'm half expecting a scrolling text field that says something like
"Slightly wary. Will likely take a look around if you're too loud, but probably won't bother if you make a little noise."
If he shopped for eyeliner before maybe this is Garrett's Gaydar.
"Nice abs"
"Too fatty"
"He's a Pisces for sure"
"Nice Package"
