Hy! A small question: the original Thief 1 and 2 briefings what kind of tool had made? (hell yeah, my grammar not one of the bests...)

Several. For the sepia-coloured still images, Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom tablet or similar pen & tablet drawing device and screenshots. For the animated movies, a green screen for live actors, rotoscoped probably in Photoshop, paintings on canvas and paintings in Photoshop that were manipulated in Photoshop, but we don't know what program they used to edit and composite it all--possibly Adobe Premiere.
Thief 3 was similar, but without the canvas painting and with more advanced tech, when it wasn't heavily-filtered in-engine scripted CG animations.

I'm abandonet it about 1.5-2 years (World of Warcraft...), but now I'm working on it (not have much freetime, because I'm a pianist, and must spent lot of time for practise, and learning the music). I dont know, when will it done. About 1500 texture already done (floors, walls, skybox, inventory, menu etc-about 90% of the capital things, few npc not yet), the inventory, hud, difficulty system done too, but not fully. Level design there is on foot, but there isn't cobmbined now (maybe in the future). Sound system with custom sound working (not fuly perfect, but working on it).
Video briefings, debriefings, few script fix, very few bugfix ain't done yet. And the menu system is not final phase yet...
Howewer, it's done when it's done.

The main piston on the left side working, yes.
The problem with map combining:my machine is a crap. And my maps (all ) are still modified, not the original unr and gmp (there is less loot, few custom AI, darkened skybox, removed blue ambient light, less weapons & tools, added custom tools-Invisibnility potion, etc-,custom few cutom texture, original textures moved another place...). And now the maps using lot of new scripts, and teh new gamesys system. So I can't use your combined maps:(

The list is done about 80%, only the animations, and movies not, and few small things.
And the dagger is redesigned to sword: but not perfectli, because it uses the dagger animations.
I hope my englis is not a totally crap...
