Hey guys. I need help with the Killing time mission in THIEF 3. The one where Garreth must enter the Clock tower and Sabbotage it. I did everything. All my Objective are Done. I Turned off the Coal Dispenser and the Steamer. And then pulled the Halting Mechanism and All Garreth says is. "Not Enough. I need to Stop this thing for Good" I whent Back and Forth. Shutting one before the other. Nothing works. Its always Not Enough. Anyone had this problem ? And I tried to Turn the Steamer Valve 5-6 times too. Doesnt work either.

Try the coal dispenser lever again. If I recall correctly, you're supposed to pull the lever to accelerate the frequency of the coal dispenser.
You may already have done that, but since you said you "Turned off the Coal Dispenser", I thought I'd mention it.
In the confusion, you may have pulled that lever twice.
The coal is supposed to come out of the pipe at an accelerated rate(more coal pr. minute) compared to how it was when you first entered the room, when you want to destroy the mechanism.
IIRC...

For one, if you have hammers around 'doing their jobs', they'll de-activate the machines when they see you've flipped them...
A sure way to see is to look at the things they are supposed to manipulate:
-coal dispenser clearly drops more coal when used,
-steamer throws out steam
And yes, you CAN switch them off too, so flippin out (going mental) with them wont get you far.

the only hammer you have to KO or distract long enough to successfully do the explosion. first flip coal, then go to steam and ko or distract hammer priest that works in steam control room, once dealt with flip wheel then quickly run to or jump over side and take some damage and flip final lever.
everytime i did it stupid priest released steam on me if i didnt distract or ko him first.

It seemed to me the steam valve resets itself whether the priest is there or not.

If the priest on the upper level is not disposed of, the valve will reset. If he is removed from play the valve will not.
The Coal valve will not change after you move it. The guard there is just a guard and does not manipulate the valve.
The order in which you do the valves does not matter.
The only condition is that both valves be activated before the Stop mechanism.

Agree. That priest is very annoying. I turned off the valve for over 10 times and he kept switching it back on. ~_~
I had to create sounds to distract him away.

I can't remember if I knocked the priest out or not so maybe I made a mistake. I just eventually figured out it was somehow resetting.
