I never found the map... maybe that's why I got so turned around?
this was a very good prison break FM, congratulations on its release!
one thing to keep in mind for the Revised version is that locks and switches on the inside edges of a doorway can get a player stuck - I got snagged on a few, and while it didn't ruin the game it was annoying.

There are enough clues in the mission. Recall the name
Finnigan ? Find him !

Playing an Ironman of this is quite tense. On the first try, I got to the makeshift lockpicks. Unfortunately, a Hammerite heard me when I climbed back into the shaft connecting the third level with the roof. After they raised the alarm, I managed to survive for a little longer, but eventually I got caught in a dead end and was clobbered to death.
Having a blast so far!
EDIT: Second try, similar outcome, only this time I accidentally killed myself by touching the stove outside of my cell when I had to shields remaining. My problem here is I am unable to mantle back into the shaft connecting the third level with the roof. How do I get back inside it after picking up the makeshift lockpicks and the makeshift blackjack?
SECOND EDIT: Third time is the charm. Managed to sneak my way through Hammer Hill. Got about half of the loot.

I would
crouch in front of the shaft, carefully drop a crate and jump on it and crouch in.Timing is essential off course.

Thanks for the tip, but I already tried that. I got halfway into the shaft and then I was is stuck. Jumping or leaning didn't help getting unstuck.

To get back in the shaft:Use 2 crates, one in front of the other. Jump on the crates, walk to the shaft, then squat walk into the shaft.
@username, It would be unrealistic for a blazing fire in a large Wood stove not to have an effect on the player. All the wood stoves are hot. A bummer, it took your last bit of health.

Done! Ghosted on expert without any BJ and got all the loot.
Just the last 25 were a pain to find, although placed pretty obvious.
DarthsLair, will your rework have snappy dogs ?
I found that this would make a prison-camp mission just perfect. :cheeky:

My alsolute favourite of these contest missions!...well done!:D
Just for info
I too had a problem getting back in the shaft..I tried the two crates, getting on them and crouching, but it seemed like garrett was almost crouching down into the crates,or sank into them, and did not seem to be on a proper hard surface of the crate..I did not get to go back thru the shaft that way...

@gnartsch, Snappy Dogs ? If a model maker were kind enough to make them, but biped's are only allowed by the dark engine at this time, but maybe if it were possible to, sure I would put some pinchers in the revised edtion. Good idea !:thumb:
Thankyou JonesCrusher ! The crates were my silly idea, and of coarse I never had any problems doing this because I designed the shaft height for the use of the crates. In the revised edition I will implement something alittle easier for quick roof access from the bottom floor. For the crate use, it may take alittle practice, but I have always loved using the crates in all the fms I play. Stacking them and using them for steps ect. It gives a little edge for the player to access what they cant normally.:)

I was pretty confused throughout this whole mission about what to do with Basso.

Jenny's Letter to Garrett in Cell 11 (Garretts Cell) on his bunk to obtain the Release Basso objective. It also gives her instructions on placing the Disguise and Key Ring. There's just one problem now. . . my cell doesn't have
the note from Jenny. I've triple-checked that tiny cell, but there's just nothing in there. Could this be a glitch? :weird:
