There is a reason one of the biggest game engine licensers in the world use UnrealEd as their level editor. Because it's the best.

Well,
Dromed:
Easier to make architecture (no need for custom meshes)
Buggier?
No need to use 3dsMax or anything similar
Doesn't demand much from the computer by todays standards.
T3Ed:
Faster to do building when using static meshes that already exist.
Must use 3dsMax or something similar to create custom looking architecture.
Potentially more powerful (scripting, etc)
Better graphics/lightning
Demands more power from the computer.
Hard to say until I see where the limits of T3Ed lie.
