Does anyone know how to install thief 2 on windows 11?
i recently upgraded my pc to win 11 and i'm trying to get my 2 disc version of thief installed,but nothing seems to happen.
i used all of the patches,but you need to install the game first....

Does T2Fix not install the game for you, if you point it towards the disc folders during installation?
TafferPatcher used to do this so there was no need to pre-install T2. Perhaps they didn't include this function with T2Fix. Or perhaps I am misremembering.

I think it's also included in T2Fix.
Also worth mentioning that on Steam or GOG, you get versions of the game which come with no copy protection. You an just copy the folder to your system when you want to install it, apply T2Fix on it, and you have a patched and fully functional game, without the need to insert CD's or anything.

I got Thief 2 to install but I can't get the cheat codes to work. Thief Gold still won't install.

I finally got it fixed. I had to do a new install of Thief 2. I don't know what I did to screw it up.
