Enabling "virtual desktop" didn't help. About mouse - I didn't check - but I think there is option to capture cursor in application window. Mouse pointer blinking seems come from drawing slowness.
Well, after I read many posts about Wine, ATI drivers (open and fglrx), I decided to install Windows XP Home back to my laptop. My opinion is that until Wine developers couldn't spend a lot of times to polish interaction with ATI card drivers, Linux+ATI (pre HD series)+Wine is not choice at all for Dark Engine FM fans (while DarkMod could work well I think). And, of course, ATI made big troubles there sinces they dropped old card support from Catalyst 9.3. I'm not sure if somebody could sit and wait for open driver evolution.
