EDIT: Sorry, realised this was the wrong forum.
I've read the Technical and Troubleshooting FAQ and still can't get Thief 2 to work properly. I've tried the solution given here: (
http://www.thief-thecircle.com/guides/hyperthreading/) to overcome the multiprocessor problem, but the output I get is different to what is expected. Specifically, I get:
C:\Program Files\Thief2>imagecfg -u thief2.exe
IMAGECFG: unable to map and load thief2.exe
C:\Program Files\Thief2>imagecfg -a 0x1 thief2.exe
IMAGECFG: unable to map and load thief2.exe
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Try it with "thief2.icd" instead of "thief2.exe".
Otherwise, try installing DDFix and using one of the pre-patched .exes (which already have the dual core fix applied).
