I know this has been answered countless times but I'm at a loss

I've tried every fix on the FAQ, I've tried re-encoding the cutscenes and I even tried my own fix which was to replace the steam movies with the gog movies which worked for about a week until now, where it seems to have broken again

I really dont know what else to do or where else to go to
